AIB - Citywest Dilapidation works

Mulcon tendered for, and eventually won the contract to carry out dilapidation works at a former AIB branch in Citywest, Dublin. The property had to be restored to its original state from been used a busy office block, with a limited budget  and a very specific period of time before been handed back to the landlord.
